Documents to be submitted at the time of registration
- Duly filled and signed registration forms
- Four passport size coloured photographs of the child
- Incomplete registration or admission forms will be rejected
Documents to be submitted at the time of admission
- Blood group report
- Transfer certificate (Original with counter sign)
- Photo copy of caste certificate
- Proof of date of birth
- Photocopy and original copy of report card
In case of not having report card or TC the verification letter issued by the previous school mentioning DOB and the class he/she was studying in should be attached with admission form.
